Telstra and Motorola have expanded the Metropolitan Mobile Radio Network (MMR) to regional and remote sites in country Victoria. The VHF P25 Phase II compliant radio network is known as the Regional Mobile Radio (RMR) Network. Police and Ambulance therefore required Fixed Station Terminals containing APX 2500 radios for their Stations. Design 2000 was successful in its bid to supply these terminals by a due date of March 28, 2017.

Design 2000 rose to the challenge and delivered on time with zero defects to date.
